(Day #22) Papeete, Tahiti

It is hot and sticky today!! We didn't sign up for a ship tour because we wanted to do a session at the Papeete temple.

When we arrived by taxi, we were told that the temple was closed until 4:00 pm. That meant that we could not attend because our ship leaves at 5:30. Our taxi cab driver came back about a hour later and took us to the ship.

We changed clothes and went back out to walked around the city. The yellow church is called The Cathedral. We spent time looking at the public market which was huge.
On the way back to the ship we took a picture of a tiki.
