Today is a much needed sea day. It has given us sometime to rest
after two days in port.
I went down to the Culinary Demonstration. Guest Chef Benjamin Christie
showed us how to cook Shrimp on the Barbie with Wild Lime Tartar Sauce.
It seems to me that they always cook with spices you could never get at home.
We are sadden by the news that Christchurch had a earthquake today. We were
there just a week ago. The church in the main square has been destroyed. The
whole town has been affected.
